Shipping and Handling

• Our packages are sent via the U.S. Postal Service, or UPS for large items such as suzani bed covers.
• Standard delivery normally takes 5-7 business days.
• We offer combine shipping for more than one item. We only charge $3.00 for each item.
• Sales Tax will be charged 6%.
• Charges are based on merchandise totals for one shipping address.
• We gladly ship to P.O. Boxes.
• You will be notified prior to shipping if additional charges apply.
• Outside of the USA we will bill you the exact charge plus $3.00. Customers with orders shipped internationally are responsible for all duties and taxes.
• For larger items please allow 2 -3 weeks for delivery, although many items are available immediately.
• All piecies are subject to availability and prices are subject to change.
• You will be notified if we cannot fill your order or if there is a price change.
• You may request 2nd day delivery at an additional charge; for those items that weigh less than 15 pounds, the cost is $12.00. For items that weigh more than 15 pounds via 2nd day delivery, please call us at 1-574-533-3342.
• Orders may be sent online, faxed or mailed to Gamze Neer (see contact page).
• Handmade pieces may vary slightly from the picture.

Jewelry Only Orders
When your shopping bag contains only jewelry, we charge a flat shipping rate of $5.00 for standard delivery (5 -7 business days). If your jewelry only order is over $500.00 your shipping costs are free. Additionally, we will automatically upgrade your shipping to UPS 3 Day air.
